I waited more then 2 hrs to be called in.. No one paid attention, front staff where busy conversing to notice if I had been taken care of... the staff was very unfriendly and did not really take the time to greet with warmth; also no one took care of the patient who was shouting and disturbing everyone else around her in he complaint and rudeness she was also upset about her wait times as well. They should have separated her from the area so others would not be uncomfortable overall it was horrible there...

I came to this clinic due to a drug test I need to take preemployment they were nice. Attentive. They were really busy when I went I did wait about two hours before my test. I went at 3 left by 430. I had to bring my daughter with me they were very nice about that as well as I went to the bathroom one of the female nurse aids watched my daughter until I got out. I would recommend anyone to come here to do a pre-employment drug test or to even just get checked out physically. Good job workers!

Quick and easy service. I was in and out within an hour, which seemed very reasonable with the amount of people that were there for other needs.

I’m very satisfied with my visit. I highly recommend this Concentra location for any urgent care/DOT or any other medical related concerns. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. The physical therapist and assistant nurses were very job knowledgeable and treated their patients with extreme care. Big thanks to the Concentra crew in Hartford, CT.
