For those of us who long for and appreciate the “old school ways” of doing business where the owner is behind the counter, everyone goes out of their way to say hi and know your name, and you know that you are more than a customer...... Westown is your pharmacy. As the medical landscape gets more and more “sterile” (not in a good way), Westown provides personal, attentive along with quality service. You are NEVER lost in the shuffle or a number. I find myself making a concerted effort to support local, independent businesses whenever I shop so we don’t loose this special “old school” attention to the individual. It’s crucial.nGo see Kamal, Rich, Sarah and the rest of the Westown family! You won’t regret it!

These guys are great! So many pharmacies treat you like a number or a diagnosis or worse. Here, you are dignified and treated like a human being. Rich and Kunal are knowledgeable and, better yet, kind. Forget any other pharmacy. Come here instead. You'll feel better soon.

The very professional pharmacy staff/attendants have been so helpful, courteous, and very considerate to my mother, her needs, and understanding of medications. Other chain pharmacies around seem too busy to help anymore. We'll stick with Westown Pharmacy's family friendly assistance!

I try to patronize small family owned businesses to the extent possible so I go here instead of any of the chains which I am actually closer to. They are always helpful, especially since I have a few medical conditions I get prescriptions from specialists for. The specialists are always difficult when it comes to responding to refill requests. They are always helpful & accommodating in these situations.

Neighborhood pharmacies are rapidly disappearing, so it’s nice to still have a local one. Attentive, personal service that’s not often found in the chain pharmacies. They really work hard to accommodate their clientele.
