EDIT: your mask keeps your germs to yourself. A person wearing a mask is not protected from germs. Please educate yourself and your staff!!!nWon’t go back. Signs everywhere about masks but I guess they staff doesn’t have germs because they had on no masks. And the woman Friday was kind of rude. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.

Unhappy customer. Exceptionally poor customer service. I have been going here for a few years and didn't have any issues, but this one may have put me off for good. I recently took in a blazer to be dry cleaned and when I got it back the lining in the sleeve had become detached as well as a button missing on the same sleeve. Now, I am a reasonable person and understand that things can happen and maybe they didn't notice, fine. I took it back for them to fix it, which they said they would do. However, it is a navy blazer and has obviously brown buttons. When I went to retrieve it I immediately noticed that they had replaced the missing button with one that was black. I don't know what would possibly compel a person to do such a thing and think that it would be acceptable, as you could tell it looked terrible from quite a distance. I understand they may not have the exact same button, but something close would suffice. Black is not at all close to brown. So I leave it for a second time to have it replaced with a button that I have provided at this point, to which they said it would be ready in a couple of days. I return for now the 3rd time to retrieve my blazer, and come to find out the black button is still there. They have done nothing. Well they have, they have wasted my time and effort. At this point I request a refund, which they do give to me, but only on that blazer. Even though I had had a number of things dry cleaned. So while they may have felt that this rectified the situation this is not a good method for maintaining customers. I should not have had to demand a refund, it should have been offered, and much earlier than when I asked. Additionally, it should have been more than just for that blazer or there should have been additional free cleanings given. This is not a thing of needing the money, but it is just the right thing to do. In the long run you will loose out on more profit for me not going than you would have if you had just had better customer service. Some more free advice, if you train your employees to do a 5 second check on the garments, then you could have avoided all of this to begin with, and that will save you from losing more customers in the future.

Never again will I use this dry cleaner, I dropped off for cleaning, unfortunately I now have unknown white stains on a silk blouse, and they probably didn't even try to get the stain out of another shirt, I could have done better in a washing machine.nThis was my first time there and now my last, they didn't even spell my last name right after repeating it 3 X.nDone and Done
