Three teens home during a pandemic. They’ve been drinking chocolate protein shakes and eating in their bedrooms while e-learning. One day I saw a container of sushi up there. One son’s carpet was particularly atrocious with multiple food stains. The guys were here for 2 hours and I’m not even kidding when I say they got every stain out. It looks like a new house again. I cannot believe it. They worked so incredibly hard and took so much pride in their work. I always get the stain protection and it’s worth every penny esp if you have kids and/or pets. Phenomenal customer service and made our house look new again. Cannot thank you enough!!
We have an office in our home and the service people made every effort to not disturb us. They were professional in their demeanor and verified the services we needed. When they suggested an additional service, they explained why they recommended it and were not pushy at all. They were careful moving and subsequently replacing the furniture in its proper places and did a thorough job cleaning the rugs. We will use their services again!
It was a good experience from the beginning to the end. Scheduling was easy, they called the day before to confirm. They arrived right on time. Rich and his coworker were professional and efficient, and they did a terrific job re-stretching and cleaning our wall-to-wall carpeting. I'll have them back in the future.
Our tile is over 24 years old and the grout made it look dirty no matter how hard I tried to clean it. We thought we’d have to rip up the tile and go through the hassle and expense of replacing it but decided to try a professional treatment first. So glad we did!! I am amazed with how well it came out and only wish I did this years ago!
We were apprehensive because the price was quite high, but when they were finished, everything was perfectly done. Had six rugs cleaned, one rug stretched, an oriental under the dining room table rotated and cleaned, and the no-wax kitchen floor deep cleaned and buffed. Nice work!
