Oxford Cleaners lost two of my brand-new shirts and have refused to address the issue. I have gotten a run-around for over a month regarding resolution. This is the second time they have lost articles of mine. Their management of items left in the after-hours dropbox is not reliable and their willingness to take responsibility is non-existent. Having lost over $200 worth of brand new shirts, take my advice--do not trust Oxford Cleaners with your items
