I needed carpet cleaning quickly for a stain that happen within a 12hr span and I was able to book right away for first thing in the morning. They arrived promptly and were very professional and wore their masks/face coverings. Tried to get me the best price for the service I required. Service was quick and the stain was removed completely. My only complaint is I wish the company provided shoe covers because after cleaning, disinfecting and applying the protective coat, it almost seems pointless if the workers are wearing their shoes.
They were on time, extremely neat and clean. They did an outstanding job!! My kitchen floor looks like new. I consider them to be excellent and I will recommend them to my real estate clients.
I wish I took before and after pictures of carpet and furniture! High traffic area, including two dogs , left our carpet looking worn. In just thirty minutes, it looks brand new. We were so pleased , we asked for the chairs and sectional to be cleaned. Great results! Investing in a deep clean extended the life of the furniture.
Michael and Michael were very efficient, hardworking and very polite. They were helpful in every way. They did a quick and excellent job! I would certainly recommend Michael McLaughlin and his partner Michael Morel to do the job.
Thank you Tom and Chris. You both did a great job and I am waiting for my floor to dry to get the full effect of all that you did! Very pleased. I do have one question, though. In the entryway from the garage, there are spray marks which I can only assume came from the spray cleaner. Maybe they will dissipate within that 24 hour window of drying, but if not, I will call to check and see what can be done. Thanks again and stay safe!
