These people are exceedingly unprofessional & disgusting. The owner is beyond rude & not customer friendly. Their website allowed me to book and when I tried to make a followup call the day of the party i was greeted with distasteful customer service. Never cared to attend to my needs and said they were fully booked even when their website allowed me to. When i requested a refund via paypal they gave me a hard time & tried to charge me a cancellation fee when they were the ones who couldn't provide the service. Save yourself the headache & book somewhere else.nnTake a look at their unprofessionalism via an emailnSir you booked in the middle of the night, less than 24 hours prior to your event we don’t even do events with booking less than 24 hours, so your really shouldn’t be getting no refund at all, because you was trying to do a last minute booking less than 25 hours your should of known to call and 2 your events wasn’t even within our travel distance. So again you did not receive a service because our company needs at least 24 hours notice to do a event, period you should of called to confirm someone could come out to your last minute request which you didn’t.
Owner VERY rude her daughter answered the phone by saying yes in a snappy way never said hello. I was just calling to get information and the girl acted as though she didn’t want to take the call so i wrote a message on website about the experience and the owner wrote back a nasty email.They are very unprofessional and confrontational..As a owner who addresses a client the way she did in email below?I would not trust them with money or even have anyone they do business with around kids.This is the email the owner wrote back...nnFirst all I want to apologize, and secondly I find it rude how you are approaching the situation, My daughter answered the “phone” however she stated the phone was actually connected to her AirPod that wasn’t on her ear ud83dudc42 so she wasn’t hearing you, she said hello several times and when she didn’t hear anything and looked at her phone it showed it was connected to the AirPod and that’s when she scrambled to look and scrambled to connect through AirPod and at that point, she confirmed the business you were looking for, she stated you were immediately snappy before she could even apologize.nWe go above and beyond to satisfy our customers and our service speaks volumes for itself. You can however are more than welcome to take your business elsewhere with threats of a review before even having our service!!!!!
