I love Empowered!! They have top notch equipment and instructors and the way they conduct class really helps you push to be your best! They are following all Covid protocols and I feel really safe going there too!
I love Empowered! Every instructor is wonderful. I felt so welcomed there when I was brand new to the studio and continue to always feel welcome there. Every single class is a great workout and the ability to follow your stats from spin class is a HUGE plus for people who love to track their progress. Love the instructors and love the variety of class offerings. Anyone looking for full body and cardio workouts with motivating instructors that will push you to work hard should definitely give Empowered a try.
Empowered cycling is truly a judgement free zone! Every staff member is encouraging and supportive. I started here back in June and I have already lost 22lbs. I was worried when I wanted to go back to the gym being recently diagnosed with MS but Jocelyn was so encouraging and the rest of the staff has been so great!!! I would highly recommend starting your journey at Empowered cycling !!!
Spectacular cardio workout! Challenging and fun! Bikes are top of the line spin bikes that measure all your stats. This is not your typical spin class like you find in gyms. This is the real deal! Fantastic community of people!
