Just received the most excellent service. Called the Glastonbury store as I had some questions. I was lucky enough to speak with Hadi whom was incredibly kind, willing to help, and went above and beyond by doing a little research and making sure that all my questions were answered.nI will, without a doubt, visit this store. Hadi is a gem!
Would strongly recommend this store, and specifically working with Hadi if you’re looking for a mattress. Weeks of research and testing out mattresses at stores was made easy working with him. The whole process couldn’t have gone smoother. Bottom line for a mattress purchase is to go to the Glastonbury branch and work with Hadi - you will walk away a happy customer!!
The guys who delivered my mattress were timely, polite and helpful. Great experience !
We weren’t happy with our bed, but the Manager has put in considerable effort to address the issues. It’s obviously a priority for Mattress Firm’s Glastonbury location to have happy customers.
