We have been patronizing this store for many years with great satisfaction, and in this last trip found that their website cannot be relied upon now to show current stock on an item. I can say, however, that two employees were outstanding in their assistance to help us to figure it out which is what we will remember the most about this shopping trip. We are very grateful to them for helping us.
Sol and Shannel helped me with my problem with ease. In and out, I am always satisfied with the service here.
Bob and Eric were both very helpful in assisting with our return of merchandise. Im addition, they showed us a real willingness to help out. They remained positive throughout even though it was heavy merchandise and warm weather! The supervisor also assisted by making sure there were enough employees to help us and also worked a forklift for us. The return of the total order took minutes thanks to their invaluable help! We are so appreciative!
Big box hardware. They have everything you want but it is often difficult to find. And if you have a question about the application it use of a product it is really hit or miss if you can find someone knowledgeable to answer your question. The prices are good and the inventory huge so worth a visit.
Continuous issues with online/ pick up in store orders. Been trying really hard to give the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic. But they just messed up my 4th order.nGot one pick up order with missing pieces, another missing items, another order canceled by them...just a mess.nHaving worked in retail and customer service for years, this is just unacceptable.nWill take my business elsewhere from now on.
