Great selection of books but the front desk lady is SO rude! When you use hand sanitizer one full pump is way to much for one person. I only did half a pump the front lady scolded me saying that I “have to do better than that”. Also I’m really not supposed to even put any on my hands because it dries my hands up so much but I’m trying to be nice in this time of the world. I just can NOT believe that the front lady was so rude when she could’ve gone a different route. DO better Aunt Bonnies book store!!!

This place has so many books that are hard to find and unique! The owners are awesome to work with. My husband and I brought over 15 boxes of books that we acquired from a friend. We love the idea that they were able to go to a place that would use them or find a good home for them. And as a bonus, we now have a lot of trade points and even a little cash.

Aunt Bonnie’s is a long-standing, well run, local used bookstore. They have deep selections in Western History, including collectible works, and a rich selection of titles by and about American Indian life and culture. They also have shelves thick with select fiction, classics, general history, religious studies and more, all on one side. On the other, they have a large selection of genre fiction (SF, Mystery, etc.)

Aunt Bonnie’s is a community treasure trove of great books. They are kind, thoughtful, compassionate book lovers, and they are doing everything they can to keep people safe during COVID. We commend you!

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!nnThis store was by far the worst decision my family made during our vacation to beautiful Helena MT, under ADA guidelines I am unable to wear a mask, even though I am high risk for COVID, Still wanting to take my kids to a few places I have been trying to comply as much as possible covering my mouth with a mask. I was told upon entering the store that I needed to cover my nose with my mask! I shouldn’t even have on. I told her I was unable to cover my nose, I told her my reason was I have health issues that fall under ADA guidelines and I shouldn’t even have the mask on but I was trying!. Her response was she didn’t care, and I could just leave her store! This for those who don’t know is a $75,000 Fine For the store owner. I have a medical condition.nI am beyond disappointed in the lack of service we didn’t receive from the horrible shop owner and do not recommend anyone go to this store! I sure never will.
