Extremely rude short haired woman in Town Hall, so rude I hope this posting gets her reprimanded and reminded of her obligation to be courteous to all citizens.
Doors are locked and had to wait almost 20 minutes for somebody to come out to take paperwork from me.
This employee’s are the worst in customer service, they are bitter and mad at all the time.
The times I have been in there I dealt with employees who were helpful and knowledgeable. One time I needed a document notarized, and was successful for a small fee. Building is in convenient location. Facitity looks outdated, probably could use renovations, nothing serious. Shouldn't have a problem parking.
Excellent service in tax collection and assesor !!!
