Paradise Nails & Spa

My feedback to paradise nails is they could approve on customer service slightly. Customer service is key to any business. They do have really good nail techs and that’s the only reason I went back a second time but I think I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.nMy first experience going there a bald man was acting atrocious talking in their language about something and you could tell with his body language he was feeling angry about who knows what. Pacing throughout the salon talking very loudly, flaying his hands all other and it made me uncomfortable while Ken did my nails. I didn’t like that.nMy second experience I went back and my nails were fine. After a couple weeks I really needed to get my nails trimmed down as I type emails for work all day and they were way too long. I went into the salon and the guy who greeted me said let me see your nail, I showed him my nails he then chuckled at the look of my hands I guess? And told me to wait a few minutes. That was uncomfortable and I didn’t understand what there was to laugh about? Once I sat down a girl started to trim my nails and she was very nice. The guy that laughed at me then struck up a very uncomfortable conversation with me telling me I should keep my nails long because that’s what “men” like and I should try harder to please a “male”. I was astonished.nAs the girl finished my nails the guy stared at me to make sure I was going to go up to the counter to pay for a nail trim. I definitely wasn’t going to pay for a service that took less than 3 minutes and I had already paid over $80 for a full set of acrylics. Plus no other salon in Helena makes you pay so I said have a good day and left (I was never asked to pay).nOverall I think paradise needs to improve immensely on their customer service and prices as the price is never consistent even though I do the same exact service every time. Ken is a very good nail tech though. hopefully this is something that can be worked on and improved.

Always a great experience.nI love that I can fully understand the technicians.nVery skilled with acrylic ,gel manicure with designs.nLove the wide variety of pedicure options and the detailed care that they take.nI have been to many nail salons this is BY FAR the CLEANEST shop I have been to. Especially to consider the volume they see each day through those doors. Great service with fair prices.nI absolutely will not go anywhere else.

Ken is rad!! He not only did a truly fantastic job, but he also hunted for the specific color I wanted over my French. The pricing is more than reasonable, so I'm not sure why some reviews complain about the pricing. Definitely the most affordable job I've had in years. We enjoyed a quality conversation about snowboarding, so I left feeling really good about not only my nails, but also like I made a new friend! People need to recognize that nail techs in these places often work 6-7 days week all day long. Developing a rapport with the person working on you - yes, they are also a person with feelings - will help the quality of the work and enhance your experience.

Guy was extremely rude and would make fun of us in English while working on our feet. The polish look horrible to. Then he sat there and made inappropriate jokes the rest of the time. Very unprofessional and the attitude many of the workers had there is awful. Will never recommend or go back

Quick, easy, clean and friendly. Price was higher than I was use to but worth it.
