Park 'N Fly formerly Executive Valet

Had read all the many reviews. Tought I would have same experience. People were Pleasant . Driver came fast. But my car don’t know where it was but had washed it that morning. Before I dropped it off. Picked car up tires and undercarriage full of mud!!nWill not go there again. Response from my survey was sorry. Didn’t meet your expectations !?

Also known as park n fly, this is a truly incredible company. Their prices were a 6th of the cost to park at bradley international airport, the shuttle was extremely quick, the attendant at the counter as well as the driver were both very friendly. The best part was they refunded my money because we missed the flight (not their fault at all). I was going for a day trip to view houses and had no bags or anything in my pockets, TSA claimed their xray was stating I had something on me, I didnt, I had basketball shorts on and they made me pull them up to my chest only to xray me 2 more times with the same results. They then patted me down and discovered I actually had nothing at all. This would've been no problem if they had contacted our airline to ask them to hold the flight for a minute, but they didnt and I missed my flight by literally 2 minutes. I know ppl are gonna say it's my fault for not going hours before, but that's garbage, I had no personal property on me or to scan, I was held up 15 minutes and missed my flight because of a malfunctioning xray machine. To top it off American airlines wouldnt issue a refund. Executive valet aka park n fly literally made my day with a gesture they had no obligation to do, nor did I even ask for because it was absolutely not their fault. I truly cant speak highly enough about them, if you're flying to or from Bradley international do not hesitate to use their service!

Great experience. Fast and frequent shuttles. Drop off and pick up are very easy. You get a digital receipt with a pick up button which you click when you land. Car was waiting for me, all warmed up, receipt on the dash, ready to go. Will definitely be my go to parking for Bradley.

Easy in, easy out. They offer car detailing while you're away. Pick up and drop off is quick and friendly. Price is very reasonable.
