Never parking in premier self park again. First shuttle drove past me. Second shuttle pulled in and immediately out of the parking lot. I called to complain and was told it would be another 5-7 minutes. Well it’s been more than that with no shuttle in sight. Never ever again.

Really easy in and out instead of asking for a ride or Uber no problems getting a spot in lot I didn’t even have to text a pickup to get back to my car the driver was outside baggage as soon as I got my luggage
