Caitlin was quick, pleasant and diligent in her quoting of a bundled auto and renters insurance policy for me. She even let me email her quotes from other agencies so that she could compare and contrast them side by side and explain the best option to me, as insurance terminology goes above my head. I would recommend this agency, and particularly Caitlin to handle your insurance needs. She does phone calls, emailing, and even texting, whatever suits your needs! Amanda was very helpful throughout the whole process. I just move 1300 miles and I needed homeowners, car insurance and most importantly in the state of Connecticut I needed an umbrella. Amanda explained everything to me to make sure that my home is protected here as I came from a state that has Homestead exemption & no one can ever take your house, however that is not true in the state of Connecticut, so that is good information to know if you accidentally hit the wrong person, they can take your house. I feel great knowing that I am protected by State Farm and Amanda was a fantastic representative of a great company, very professional, informative & patient at everything and I’ve just been very happy with everything from this office so far!
