As far as the company goes I had a good relations with all the installers. They did an excellent job of installing the equipment here. The only issue is that the condenser I purchased was damaged. Still trying after 3 months to correct.

Excellent service, my “go to” company for future oil deliveries and service. Fair prices that are better than competitors and they deliver the next day. I called to ask a billing question and they responded right away.

state line has the best people working for them.from Larry the sales rep to Cristine our connect person to Jason who went out of his way to drop off a part I needed for my grill connection. I wish every company had such decicated people. I am recomening State line to all my friends and relatives.

I *really* appreciate Christine's help in the service department. I called right before a holiday weekend to resolve lost permit paperwork from an installation four years ago. Christine identified the issue right away, made multiple calls to the town building inspector to resolve it, and arranged a service team and the building inspector to close two business days later. I was blown away by how clearly she explained the issue and taking ownership to help. Christine's help made my week!
