Danica was very helpful, informative and timely in responding to emails while making our purchase. There was no pressure to purchase from them, and once we made the decision, the payment process was easy. Delivery, installation and removal of dishwasher was exceptional. We recently placed an order With Contractors Home Appliances (East Granby) for Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer. Danica Caruso, their Sales and Marketing specialist was very courteous over the phone and assisted us with appliance selection when we were at their store. Other than being warm and welcoming, Danica was patient in explaining the different options, comparing different models and making sure the appliance dimension matched our space requirement. Overall it was a great experience for us and Danica’s excellent service far exceeded our expectation. Contractor's has become my first stop for anything appliance-related. They have good prices and great customer service. I sent an emergency email on Sunday night of Memorial day weekend and got a reply two hours later. They are a wonderful asset to our town.
Brian helped us identify new appliances for our new home, including an outdoor grill. Pricing was competitive, installation quick, and worked very well with the homebuilder.
