We recently purchased a GE refrigerator (floor model) but same model we wanted. Delivery and installation was quick and smooth. While reading through the manual, I realized that the model we received appeared to be missing 2 attachments (dairy shelf & freezer door basket) and spoke to Steve who mentioned that those 2 items did not come with the model we purchased and that the manual pertains to several GE models. A brief time later, Steve called to let us know that he would be shipping those 2 attachments over to us - UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! Holloway's can't be beat on price and SERVICE.

I went in today to buy a replacement dishwasher. I had a few specifications in mind. Chad was most helpful in finding a model that met my requirements including timely delivery. After the sale, he was willing to discuss features and space requirements of double ovens which I will shortly need to replace the decrepit aging one I now have.nThe dishwasher purchase went smoothly in part because my information was already in their system despite our last purchase being about 10 years ago.

Came here to get new appliances since Lowes failed me on delivery and overall service. Showroom salesman was great, very friendly. Got setup with the same installer for my microwave and dishwasher, both great experiences, and very reasonably priced. Delivery of the fridge and stove were also handled with care by their own delivery guys. Spent the time setting up everything correctly and even made note of the tinniest dent that I would have never noticed, saved me a little money.nnIt's experiences like these that drive me out of the big box stores for larger purchases. Holloways promises and delivers on fantastic service.
