I'm from the south and moving here made me realize one thing. You guys just don't understand how much sugar actually goes into tea. Like there should be at least 50% sugar in there.
Just sat in line for 10 minutes during prime time because some lady needed to stand outside for a smoke instead of doing her job. Service at this location has been going downhill for months now . Done with this location
I love going to both dog East Granby Dunkin locations their management is very nice and their crew seems to be putting forth a lot of effort and taking care of all the people that come through there. There was quite a line when I got to this Dunkin however I was done receiving all of my stuff within a couple of minutes.
Was told to move up and my food would be brought out 15 mins later still nothing so I drove back up and at that point they had given my hash browns to another customer, after they remade them I get a bag with the wrong order n the guy claims the order was right I told him it was wrong so they did correct it but 25 mins for a simple 5 min thing...really? Not coming back
Ordered cold brew and iced green tea. Staff forgot to make my order, fine no big deal. The person made me a black tea which I said wasn't correct after I tasted it and then INSISTED it was green tea because of the color. They also refused to change to my correct order. No one was rude just incredibly incompetent.
