We have had nothing but pleasant, professional experiences at Windsor Locks Federal. Tellers experiences are professional and service brisk. We have had two mortgages here both proceeded to closing at a blistering pace with excellent communication and Zero drama thanks to Holly and her team.

Closed due to light rain. Are you kidding me? Do better. This bank never ceases to amaze me, in a horrible sense. There’s one nice teller, the rest need to stay in bed and away from the general public. Awful hours, closing due to “weather” yet it’s lightky drizzling. Picking a new bank today.
The people are great and they will work with you to give you the best benefits. Unlike big banks, here you will find people that will know you by your name and help you when you need it.
Really nice people only downside is the debit cards charge a 50 cent fee every time you enter your pin when buying something
