Working with Servpro of Milford-Orange-Stratford was a wonderful satisfying experience. I woke up one morning to find my hot water heater had burst and I had a foot of water throughout my finishes basement. Everything was ruined. With one phone call to Servpro of Milford-Orange-Stratford they arrived at my home within an hour. They took care of everything. They work with best restoration cleaners and contractors. Do not ever hesitate to have them aid you in case of an emergency!
The pipes froze and burst in our New Milford home three days before we were set to close on the sale. Luckily, Servpro of Newtown & Southern Litchfield came in and saved the day. They immediately set to preventing any additional damage, and removed all the damaged building materials to prepare the impacted areas for repair by our building contractor. We were able to close on time, despite being in the middle of the busy holiday season. Thanks Servpro!
Ted the owner cares only about two things - helping his customer in any way that he can and making sure that the work of his crews is top quality. In both areas he shines. I had a very difficult problem situation, and Ted helped me every step of the way. I doubt that we would have come out of this successfully had it not been for Ted and his assistance. We could not have had a more caring, thoughtful and knowledgable person helping us.
