We have used Vision Kitchens for a total kitchen renovation, a bathroom renovation and a second renovation of our kitchen in our new home . Used Rob for remodeling my kitchen in 2018. The quality of work had to be supervised as attention was not paid to details. He would come in the morning assign work and leave. His workers were good and would redo any of the work done if I was not happy with the way it was done initially. Rob had installed a shut off valve for my fridge pipe in the basement, how I wish he had recommended to change the old uncovered plastic pipe since it developed a leak with the moving of the fridge back and forth multiple times. This led to our kitchen being flooded after completion of the work when we left for a 2 week vacation. This led to a major repair and replacing of our wood floors and insurance claims.nRob was very prompt at collecting payments, but once work was done it is a nightmare to get him to answer his phone calls or texts if we face a problem. The guide rails for the drawer in the center island does not work, after multiple attempts to contact him he came over and said would order the part. Later he said he got the part and would stop by to replace it. This issue started in January 2019 and I am still waiting in July for him to stop by. Forgot to mention that the propane connection to the new stove he installed was not done per code as per my propane company, I had to spend again to have it fixed by the propane company.nnRob may do a decent job under your supervision, however, good luck having him fix any problems after job is done. Solomine Contractors were the other company i had received quotes on the job, wish now that I had used them instead, even though they came in slightly higher as I had good experience with their work and after sales service when they did our bathrooms few years ago.

Highly recommend for any custom or prefab cabinets. They built a lot of custom cabinets for my business years ago and still look/function great. They are very professional on installation day and always leave the jobsite spotless.

Rob came recomended to me from another contractor and once we met on location and started working together on plans, it was pretty clear he was going to be the chosen one for my kitchen renovation. It was always a pleasure to talk to Rob,his brother and the carpenters Brad and Dad. Full of solutions, problem solvers, respectful and fun to work with. I visted his showroom, loved the cabinet choices as well. We went with fabuwood cabinets which are amazing quality. I got a fair price and saw no reason for negotiating. Fair guys! Awesome!nOnce the job started I realized we hired meticulous carpenters. Demolition was more like disassembly. Construction looks like surgery. Every screw, each cabinet, every shim meticulously done. The trimwork is tighter than a clam shell.nI can write a short novel about my experience w Vision Kitchens, but if I did that I wouldnt have time to spend in my new amazing kitchen. These guys are great, honest, detailed, friendly, fun guys who take pride in there work. The work is not done, but it's looking great and I wanted to express my gratitude up front. Thanks guys!
