My husband and I bought a mattress here previously and had a great experience. However, in June we went and bought a recliner for our nursery. We told the sales woman that we were due to have our baby in August and she assured us the recliner would arrive the first week of August. She was very nice and personable and we felt good about our purchase. In July we got a call confirming the recliner would be delivered August 1st, which is today. We never heard from anyone again.nnToday we attempted to check the delivery times on the Bob's tracking website and our information could not be found. We attempted to call customer care and there was no way to talk to a real person. We used the online help chat instead and the person informed us that our item would not be arriving until August 19th at the earliest and that normally someone would have called to tell us about the delay. We never received a call about a delay or changing the date, and August 19th is way too late for us.nnWe totally understand that shipping and production have been crazy during the pandemic and things are being delayed. What we don't understand is why nobody ever informed us of the change. We ended up canceling the order and buying a recliner somewhere else instead where we could pick it up today.

CarolAnn is extremely personable and professional!! We had such a great experience shopping for our new furniture with her. She helped as with any questions along the way, and was very honest and upfront about everything!

Bob's keeps getting better and better! This is probably the fourth time I've been back there over the years. The quality of the furniture, the selection, the prices - everything is a home run! I'm now shopping for furniture for my grown daughter's apartment. We went in and in 3 hours furnished the entire apartment. The mattress warranty is phenomenal...I'll never buy another mattress anywhere else. And the sales associate (CaroleAnn) was fabulous! She was friendly and knowledgeable...never pushy but definitely knew what we were looking for and gave us ideas on what might be better.nnWe'll definitely be back for more!
