We went to the store with the intention of looking at a specific power reclining sofa but found the one we selected was a bit too deep for our liking. With the help of our sales person ( Kathleen) we found an alternative that we found to be very comfortable. Kathleen was extremely helpful at selecting fabrics trims and pillows and made the shopping experience very pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy furniture at lazy boy.

It was a hassle getting what we wanted - sales person had a difficult time understanding our needs and we kept getting shown the “budget options”, although we never stated we were on a specific budget. Also, the sales lady did not understand how we wanted our sectional, I basically had to draw it out for her.nAt the end, none of this bothered me because I was getting the custom couch I have wanted for a while. We were told that the delivery would be scheduled for 8-10 weeks at most, “it could be sooner but we say it’ll be in your home by 10 weeks just in case”. This was confirmed on our receipt which stated 8-10 weeks in bold.n9 weeks in I called wondering where my $4500 purchase is, and was told the computer was showing 13 weeks. I asked to speak to my sales person and was told I would receive a call back.nAfter receiving no call, I call again the following week and keep getting bounced around.nI would have gladly taken a floor model had i known I would have been without a couch for a quarter of the year.nI still have not received the couch - maybe it’ll be worth the wait, but for now it feels like such a regrettable purchase. I will actively make sure anyone I know weighs their options carefully before paying for any furniture here.

It was a nice, easy experience. We bought 2 chairs from Kathleen, who was very helpful and knowledgeable.nnAnd she was Not high pressure/ if she were, we woukd have walked out.

Working with Joe L. was the most pleasurable experience ever!!!!! He provided his expertise and guidance throughout the entire process, made recommendations on his professional experience and made our shopping for new furniture a pleasurable one from start to finish!!! We will highly recommend Lazy Boy furniture brand and JOE to everyone and anyone looking to purchase new furnishings for their home because of him!!! We can’t wait to get our new pieces the room and start and enjoying them!

My husband and I have been looking for a a new couch and had some ideas of what we were looking for. We went to the Brookfield store and were met by a sales associate who was knowledgeable courteous and extremely patient. She spent a lot of time with us. We are excited that we picked out a comfortable couch and a new chair custom ordered to exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend this store and Lazy Boy!
