We were in the market for a new mattress and always had a hard time finding something comfortably. Scott put us on the mattress reader and got us all squared away. Found out the exact type of firmness we should be using and the new technology used in the bases are a legit game changer on quality of sleep. The service was wonderful and everyone involved was extremely personable which help with making our decision. Would highly recommend using Ashley.

My wife and I were looking to buy a new living room set. We had all the intentions of hitting four stores. Ashley’s happened to be the first one. We were greeted at the door by James Patterson. Well to make a long story short, he left such a great impression on us. He was polite, very knowledgeable And gave us our space. Every time we had a question he was there. My wife and I liked him so much that we canceled going to the other stores and bought our living room there. People are so quick to complain about an employee. We feel when you have an employee of such good standing he needs to be recognized. Great job James,We will certainly be back. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Sabatano.

We were greeted by James at the Brookfield store and while my husband and I usually have a hard time agreeing on what want...James made the process so easy and enjoyable and listened to our specific needs. He offered options that we hadn't considered before and we wound up with a gorgeous new sectional we both love! Excellent experience! Thank you James!!!!!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at this store. Scott and Rob were extremely helpful and accommodating towards are budget and style. They answered all of our questions and provided us with an abundance of information on all the products purchased. I highly recommended visiting this store!! I will be recommending this store to my family and friends!
