Let me start with my initial conversation with Emily, she was so pleasant and made me feel as if I was the only patient the practice was tending to that day! The office manager was just as nice and pleasant. Walking into the office it was clean and followed Covid precautions. The paperwork was simple and conveniently on an iPad so it can be uploaded it is paperless and the tablet can be cleaned, all very important to me. I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes before the tech called me back and she was friendly and easy to talk to. I wasn’t anxious going to the dentist but if I was, the staff and the office would’ve put my anxiety to rest. So now the doctor comes in. She reminds me of a southern belle with just how polite and friendly she was. She spent time talking to me and although there wasn’t much to discuss she didn’t rush me while explaining what happened. After taking my xrays she discussed my options IN DETAIL which left me feeling comfortable enough to make a on the spot decision. She brought the office manager in with me to discuss said options and that way I could ask all the questions at once which I thought was efficient. After deciding the dentist did what she had to and it didn’t take long at all. Everyone made me feel comfortable made sure I wasn’t in pain and I felt like it was my own family’s practice. I don’t live in CT but I am so blessed to have found such an amazing practice for my tooth emergency!!! FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART THANK YOU ALL!

Great dental practice. Everyone is always so friendly when I go in and they remember me every time. I have had a couple of fillings done here without any problems and I highly recommend Dr. Warren to anyone!
