Theyre good people, the dentist, the reception and the hygienist are lovely people.

The staff is actually extremely friendly and the hygienists are the best. However, the dentist is extremely rude and a unprofessional. Paid my copay and deductible and all of a sudden I have a balance. Didn’t even know I had a balance until a family member told me after their last visit. He violated HIPPA by telling this family member my client information. No longer will be going here.

The office visit itself was fine. I waited a long time to be seen, but the hygienist was very kind and thorough, and the dentist was professional. The problem is from billing. I purchased a Groupon for a cleaning, exam, and x rays, which seemed to confuse the office when I called in, but they booked me anyway. 2 months later, I got an overdue bill from the office, saying I owed something like $65. I called and was told by the front office that it was a mistake and they cancelled the charge. A few weeks later, I got another bill, now saying I was 90 days overdue. Called again, was told it was a mistake again and someone would email me confirmation of the cleared charge (never happened). I then get a notice the balance is being sent to collections. I called the office and spoke to the dentist, who told me the billing person would call the next day. I expressed my frustration that it hasn't been handled, despite multiple calls and assurances that it was set, and the dentist got kind of snippy with me and guaranteed the billing person would call tomorrow. I'm tempted to pay the balance, just to avoid the credit ding, but I most definitely will not be returning. It's a shame the office handled a minor billing issue with such a lack of professionalism, because as I said, they do their job well. Maybe go if you have insurance so they can fight over bills.

Words alone cannot express the sincere GRATITUDE I have for Bridgeport Dental. The Dentist was clear on his communicating the details about this procedure as well as his assistant Erika. Reassuring me! Dr.Salius the IMPLANTOLOGIST was incredible. Let's face it, I was scared. The bone graft was done effortlessly and PAINLESS! Her touch was sooo soothing, I did not feel a needle! When I left the office, I drove home and was waiting for 3 days to feel some pain? Hardly any discomfort, and I was able to work! NO PROBLEMS>
