Deer Springs Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I had my first visit with Dr. Yeam. She is an extremely professional, kind and caring doctor. I really feel lucky to have her as my dentist! I had to have a crown replaced, and she was extremely gentle and careful working on me. I also want to give a shout out to Arlyne, my Hygienist, who was also very professional, kind and caring. Also, Fatima and Luisa are great professionals, as well. Deer Springs has THE BEST dental team! Thank you all for making my dental experience so happy and pleasant. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit in 6 months! Also, my husband wanted me to thank Dr. Lee, his dentist, for making his visit such a pleasant experience; and Becky for her sunshine and friendliness! We're both looking forward to our return visits with our wonderful dental team!

I had my 1st appt 6 months ago and the appt lasted several hours, like 4 hours. I dismissed it thinking it was due to me being a new patient. I scheduled a 6 month follow up appt. I arrived at my appt, was promptly check in and xray were taken. Next I was seated in a room to see the dentist. I waited there for 1 1/2 hours. Different employees would come in, I would ask how long and they would say shortly. This happened 3 times. Finally I explained that I couldnt wait much longer. The employee said she would go check and then insat for another 15 minutes. Finally I grabbed my belongings and walked out. In the midst of a COVID pandemic I should not be waiting for extended time frames for a simple 6 month check up. If you've got all day to wait at your local dental office them by all means pick this place, they won't let you down.

Due to previous dental experiences I was well over due for oral care. I was nervous and uncomfortable going into the appointment, but I was quickly put at ease by the entire staff. They were patient and inviting and made sure to explain exactly what would happen and what my cost would be. The assistant held my hand (literally)through all of my shots and continously comforted me during the procedure. I will be sure to make it to my next cleaning with very little hesitation. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff!!!

Best dental office by far .Very professional and caring.The entire staff is so professional and courteous. You have set the bar for the standards in the most friendly professional and cleanliness dental office .You treat me like family. Dr Lee is so great. Thanks for keeping me smiling.

This review is based upon several visits from my children, spouse, and extended family requiring most all of their services they offer. This is the most professional Dental Office. We are an average family but this place treats us like royalty from the moment we walk-in until we check-out. Most friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff from the Billing/Reception Staff, DAs, Hygienists, Dentists and Specialty Dentists. They move and work with a purpose without wasting time or compromising the quality of their services. Modern is in their name and they seem as modern as a Dental Office can get. Some of the best quality equipment and supplies I have ever seen in a Debtal Office. They are amazing with children. The place is always clean, every room. The professionalism and pride of the employees can be seen in everything they do. The payment plan is awesome and a blessing for a working middle class family and others. Their prices are affordable. Nothing is inexpensive with Doctors and Dentists, however you get amazing service with every dollar they bill you. We typically arrive 15-20 min early to most any appointment. Most often we are seen ahead of our appointments. Very, very little wait time with this facility. Keep up the great work folks!
