Dynamic Dental

Honestly I had been here a couple of times. I have no complains about the friendliness of the staff and the doctors. Everything is amazing on customer service. I had a problem when I had a grievance about some pain on one of my molars. It was diagnosed as "just a sensitive molar". Completely misdiagnosed by this office. Now I'm looking into extensive options more expensive than when it should have been. This could have been caught years ago when I went to their office before.

The lady at the front desk was nice. The girl who attended to me was nice and funny and made me feel comfortable which was mainly the only good thing about my experience ,but I have to give this place 3 stars. Not once did the doctor actually talk to me. The only thing he said to me was that he was going to refer me to an oral surgeon. He didn’t look at my teeth or discuss with me why my gums were swollen and why I was in pain. When checking out, I had to tell the lady at the front desk that they never told me what the problem was and so she went to go ask the doctor. He could’ve came out and talked to me himself 🤷🏻‍♀️ that was one of two problems. The second problem I had was that when I filled out the form asking for any allergies, I put down I was allergic to penicillin. They then prescribed me amoxicillin. That’s a no no 🙅🏻‍♀️ I had several people tell me not to take that and I ended up calling them to ask if they can prescribe me something else because I was uncomfortable taking that.

I was sent to community care from the VA and I was sent to Dynamic Dental for a consultation. The experience from appointment setting to the exam was good. Friendly professional staff and clean and neat office. Definitely will continue treatment with them.

This is going to be lengthy buckle up buttercup. To give the most honest review I waited until after our (my wife and I) initial exam/x-rays/cleaning, 6 month cleaning and my wife's crown to be done. I used to DREAD the dentist just because it seemed that even though my mouth was fine there was ALWAYS issues that needed to be taken care of immediately that cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars and they always tried to sell you products or services before you left. Enter Dynamic Dental, the initial exam/x-rays/cleaning were how I envisioned them to be. Inviting and helpful front desk, personable and informative dental hygienist and assistants, and Dr. Kim, a dentist that goes above and beyond. What I liked the most was that everyone we met was nice and had a sense of humor. If we asked a question we didn't feel like we were burdening someone. I feel Dr. Kim cares for his patients not just how much money he can squeeze out of each one like I have experienced else where in Las Vegas. What sets this place apart from others for me is how Dr. Kim has helped my wife and why we are a customer for as long as this place stands. My wife had two crowns done by two different dentists at a different practice in Centinnial Hills. I feel foolish for paying for those two crowns after seeing the crown he did for my wife. We will be having the prior two replaced by Dr. Kim to hopefully correct the bite issues created by the previous office we went to. I would recommend Dynamic Dental to family and friends. If you're cautious or nervous about the dentist office give them a visit!

I have gone here to get some pretty extensive dental work done and everything from a cavity filled to a tooth extraction and so far this place has some a wonderful job. Dr Jin Kim and his staff have always been pleasant and accommodating. If there is one quirk that I'm not a huge fan of, it is having to call to let them know you're there so you can be escorted in. I get it.. It's Covid but this seems a bit overkill for something that doesn't change the fact that you're in the building anyways. Otherwise, fantastic dentist, great staff and my mouth is better now than it ever has been!
