Absolute quality! It's no wonder it's in the company name. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, fair prices and exquisite jewelry. We just got our wedding rings and we couldn't be happier. The staff at Quality Gem is so knowledgeable, friendly & kind. They recently handled a very emotional project for me and exceeded my every expectation. They created keepsakes for children & grandchildren from pieces that belonged to my late Mother & they will be cherished forever. The patience & compassion shown to me by Rob is something i will appreciate forever. Thank you is not adequate but I will be forever grateful for all they have done.

I am a notoriously indecisive shopper and knew, when it came to my engagement ring, I would most likely try 3-4 jewelers before making a decision. However, I walked into Quality Gem and never needed to visit anyone else. Rob made the experience more fun then I ever thought it could be. I never felt like I didn't have 100% control of the process and only had to worry about the general happiness of sharing the experience with my father and now my fiance. We are going back for the wedding bands and all future jewelery if I have anything to say about it. Thank you Rob and the team.
