Amazing dentist that works fast and does great work but her team is falling behind. Had a 8:30 am appointment then got a text saying it was at 10. No I made it for 8:30. So I called and got it moved to 9 am, the earliest they could. No big deal. Well i get there and I'm not seen until 9:30-9:40. So while waiting for the dentist the new student dental assistant is taking out the equipment to get ready for the dentist. WITHOUT GLOVES ON! NO GLOVES AT ALL. When I asked her to please put some on and thanked her for doing so she gave me attitude and totally ignored me. So I asked if I could just have the dentist and the other assistant who where both amazing! One of the recipients at the front can't keep schedules straight or times right and is snooty while the other is super sweet. Depends on who is there when you go I guess.

Choose Dr. Aarora and her assistant! She was caring and understanding of my extreme sensitivity. She was gentle, patient and highly knowledgeable. She will make your dentist experience easier and pleasant! The BEST in Danbury!

Waited over an hour an a half past my appointment time without seeing the doctor at all. Definitely seems like they are over booking appointments because there was a patient in almost every room but only 1 doctor working. After all that wait and no word from the doctor finally I just walked out. While I was waiting I witnessed another patient who was complaining about the same problem. Waiting over an hour past his appointment time. Not very professional and a waste of our times. All that after having to call multiple times trying to set an appointment. I will not be returning to this office.

I have never in my life been so disappointed with service, timeliness, and over all lack of communication. I have been waiting for months to have my teeth cleaned and when I called for my appointment I was assured I would be able to get my teeth cleaned properly when I got there I had to wait and watch people walk in the door just arriving to work, I was there early for my appointment 1st one of the days so I wouldn't have to wait. Then after waiting longer for the dentist to come into the Room I'm told that she can't clean my teeth because they're not allowed to use the machine which I was not made aware of. I would not have wasted my time or theirs had I known this, very unprofessional
