Had a dental emergency and when 5 other places didn't bother taking it serious this office got me in the same day. From the moment arrived to the time I left, I was treated very courteously and professional. Great dentist office

They only did one side of my mouth with deep cleaning and fillings. I've never had an issue with my teeth until then. Now my filling came out and I have a big whole in my wisdom tooth. I had to have the other one removed because a cyst grew around it.

I just wanted to take the time and completely change my review. Initially I misunderstood my bill and left a terrible review regarding services I initially thought were overcharged / done incorrectly. I completely overreacted and want to personally apologize to the Christine / Kristine the office manager, the x-ray technician, and Wonkyu Seo, my Dentist, for the amazing service I was provided. Craig Ranch Dental Group really cares about their patients - after I left my initial review, I immediately received a phone call from the office manager requesting a call back to discuss the "claim" I received from my insurance. After speaking with my insurance and being informed that many of the procedures provided were classified as "orthodontic" rather than preventative for their classification purposes - hence why they were not covered in the claim I received - the explanation stated that I had a $545 patient responsibility to the healthcare provider. In every previous appointment I have only paid for fluoride treatment which I was why I was caught off guard. I should have spoke with Craig Ranch Dental Group before overreacting. The Office Manager was very kind and explained that the claim was not a bill and that after reviewing what the insurance would / would not cover, they would be providing their own bill which would clarify what procedures were done and why. She provided a very wonderful explanation in that the imaging / extra x-rays that were done were standard for new patients in their office and that many of the charges on the claim were there to show the insurance company what was done, not necessarily to charge the patient. I also wanted to pass along that the Office Manager informed me that their office cannot floss or use many of their tools as it causes saliva to be pushed into the air - so be aware that when you go into the office during these COVID times that they are unable to do many things to ensure patient and provider safety, but they are still doing thorough cleanings with the tools they can utilize. I highly recommend this office for your Dental needs. They really do care about their patients. And make sure to contact them if you have any questions about any claims provided by your insurance. Do not overreact like me and leave a detrimental review that was very undeserving. If I am still here in Las Vegas for my next appointment, I would be very privileged to come back to Craig Ranch Dental Group. I also wanted to make sure everyone knows I'm not being paid nor was I encouraged by Craig Ranch Dental Group to update my original post.

Stopped by there on my way to check out another dentist. Glad I did! The office looks great, the staff is very friendly and professional. I've been to the dentist maybe 3 times in the last 24 year's, for various reasons. They made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. After x-rays and consultation, we worked out a plan of treatment. The plan took into account my schedule and financial situation.. Not only would I recommend them to others, I already have! I generally avoid dentists like the plague, but I'm actually almost looking forward to my next visit.

I hate giving a negative review of any new business but this dental office is one to avoid. I went here while temporarily at Nellis AFB to get the basic $49 introductory price for X-rays and a cleaning. After the X-rays the dentist informed me that 2 areas needed deep cleaning and I had 2 cracked teeth. The price for cleaning went from $49 to $384. I was still good with that and returned a few days later for the procedure. At the check in counter, the assistant manager informs me, the price is $384 IF I buy their insurance plan, another $111. If I chose not to buy the insurance, the price is now $1,183! Talk about a bait and switch scheme! Are any of the things they said I needed really necessary? I have to question everything they said. I went in there today fully prepared to pay $384 and to schedule the crowns on my supposed cracked teeth, the quoted price was $925 each, I’m sure that’s the price of you buy their insurance policy. What a shame! This place had potential in the community but not with these shady practices.
