Horrible doctor. He would never really listen to my concerns and thought I was over exaggerating my pain. He made me walk around for 10 months with two herniated discs in my neck pushing up into my spine. He said that treating me and my kids for depression, anxiety, and fibromyalgia were above his pay grade. When I was applying for disability, isn't notes lacked much of what we discussed which made it very difficult for me to get approved. When I asked St Luke's to transfer to a different doctor, they told me that I would have to get approval from Dr. Vizcarra first, and he didn't give it to me. This doctor is negligent and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him.
