Community Dry Cleaners

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL....especially if you don't having your clothes lost.........3 months ago I dropped off a pair of pants to be cleaned. Was given a ticket and returned the next week to pick them up, When I did I was told the pants were no where to be found....ok, honest mistake, they would look and call me once they did,,,heard nothing so I went back and was told they could not find them......so I asked what happens in this situation and they said I would get a $40 store credit...except that I dry clean clothes once every six months so that's worthless to me, and requested I be reimbursed for the pants......I then spoke to the owners wife who accused me of playing some game where I drop off the pants, get a ticket but then change my mind and take the pants so I could come back and claim they lost my pants!!!!!????.......long story short I finally got them to agree to send me a $40 check so I could buy new pants at Banana Republic which required $50 more out of my own pocket.......THEN 2 weeks later, I get a call that my pants had been found........so today when I went to pick them up after 3 months of my having to show up on their doorstep SIX times to resolve this, I'm told I'd get my pants back it I needed return the 40 bucks!!!! They are now the proud owners of my slacks.nnThis is no way for a COMMUNITY cleaners to do business, It's not a good idea to accuse your customers of trying to scam them after you've lost their items......nnIt's not the 40 bucks....its the principle........I spent that in gas money and time spent in their store trying to resolve this.nnThey are way to many good, reputable cleaners in town.........avoid this place.

I think the dry cleaning service is phenomenal! The shirts are always pressed right!
