If I could give this place negative stars I would. The experience was HORRENDOUS. I came in to get a bridesmaids gown altered and was quoted $250 for the alterations!!! I didn't even pay this amount for the dress itself!!! I have NEVER been quoted that amount EVER for any dress alteration. When I questioned the amount and told the man that it was too expensive, he shoved the dress back at me and then shoved me out the door. I have never been treated like this in any facility. ANYWAYS, I got in my car, drove down the street to Pure Elegance Cleaners, who quoted me $102 for the same work. Not to mention, the woman I spoke with was MUCH nicer. Do yourself a favor, skip Swiss Cleaners and drive down the street to Pure Elegance Cleaners.
