when we moved into our mid century house, we loved the 6 old curtains left behind, hand sewn by the original owner. since they were falling apart we recently decided to replace them in the same look. we wanted to reuse the solid original track and rollers. we looked around in our area and found ‘by the yard’ fabric store with a great selection of fabrics and samples to choose from. a friendly place. linda advised us with her expertise and suggested various fabrics. we took samples home, decided, and changed our mind. we ultimately found the perfect fabric. the curtains are very well crafted, the fabric is beautiful and the price was fair/reasonable. we are totally satisfied!
I usually don't write online reviews, but this one is an exception. I had an excellent experience (price, expertise, and quality). I highly recommend this store for all window treatments.

By the yard has a lot of high quality of draperies and valances with excellent service. Th store also has a wide selection of fabrics ranging in quality and price. Linda is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. You can ask her questions and she is willing to help and give you an idea for decoration. I would highly recommend By the yard for anyone who want to have a nice designed draperies, valances and beautiful fabrics with a great fair price.
