Overall great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with us while we made decisions and didn’t force sales for things we didn’t want. The store was also very clean. I would highly recommend for anyone one looking for their next bed set.
Ruth is hands down the most attentive, patient, non-obtrusive sales person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She made buying a mattress feel fun and easy. We are so excited for our new mattress. If you go here, ask for Ruth, you won’t be disappointed.
Was helped by Steven, awesome customer service. He thoroughly explained all options and got us through the purchasing process with ease.
Felix is awesome! He walked us through us choosing the perfect mattress, we were between the luxebreeze and the luxeadapt and he spent 2 hours with us and was extremely accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the Westport area and work with Felix!
The staff was very knowledgeable about the products in the store.nI felt safe with the Covid precautions in place, putting plastic down to demonstrate the beds.
