Allison at the Westport location is a pleasure to work with. Very patient, very knowledgeable and really professional. The customer service after the sale is most impressive. Over my many visits to the store I've received great service from other employees at the store as well. Extremely happy with their furniture. Very beautiful and high quality. Shop at this store if you're looking for great service and great quality furniture at a reasonable price.
Went into West Elm today and the staff was very rude. Not helpful at all , very disappointing especially during times like these where stores are going out of business. You would think employees would be a little bit eager to please. Not I am getting ready to leave.
