As soon as you walk in you immediately realize that it’s not your father’s dentist office. It doesn’t have that old world, 1950's dentist office feel that every dentist office I have been to since a kid has felt like. This office is fresh, modern, relaxing and cool with a playlist that simply rocks! I admit I was nervous about going in because of the pandemic, however the way that Dr. Regenstein and his team of professionals have setup and handle the entire process is impressive. They are taking great care to not only protect me, but to protect themselves and thus prevent further spreading. The process is well communicated and I felt very comfortable. Well done!nnAs far my several dental experiences these past few weeks, one word: Outstanding! OK, a few more words: painless (that’s a big one for me), professional, serene, cheerful staff, precise and well executed. I was so comfortable that I actually started to fall asleep in the chair yesterday. If you are nervous or apprehensive about going to the dentist, then I highly recommend the Esthetic Dental Group of Westport. The experience is painless and they will talk you through every step that is happening.
Excellent covid precautions (they even sanitize your mask for you while they’re working on your teeth) and very friendly personable staff. I had no idea getting a cavity filled could be so painless. The doctor does an excellent job narrating what he is doing and explaining exactly what is going on with your teeth. 5 stars for being open late Tuesday nights to accommodate those with tight work schedules.
Dr. Regenstein and staff were professional and pleasant. He was painless and I really appreciated that he explained everything as he provided the dental care. I felt comfortable and was so happy with my experience. I plan on sending the rest of my family and friends as well. He also has excellent COVID precautions which made me feel safe.
What an amazing experience! The friendliest and most welcoming staff you could ask for! They are beyond prepared with every type of Covid precaution - talk about feeling safe! The Dr. is delightful and treats you like a person as he explains his every movement versus having you sit there waiting for pain. 100% recommend this practice to everyone!
Dr Regenstein and his staff made me feel very safe when I came in for my routine cleaning. They went over and above what I expected when it came to precautions, cleanliness and disinfection during the Covid 19 pandemic. My hygienist, Emily followed the CDC guidelines and explained it all to me. She was so professional and thorough. Dr Regenstein was professional and friendly as usual. I left the office feeling that I and everyone else was safe. It also felt great to have my teeth cleaned! I highly recommend Esthetic Dental Group Westport.
