I recently contacted Suzie at the Enriched Stitch for a floral canvas that I needed quickly for a class. I live in Colorado and selected a beautiful Cooper Oaks canvas from her trunk show. In less than 24 hours she had personally selected everything I needed so I could be ready for my class, beautiful threads and silk ribbons, plus accessories. Suzie is not only the owner of Enriched Stitch but also a wonderful designer. I will definitely do business with her and the Enriched Stitch in the future! I would give more stars if I could for this rating!

Doesn't pay attention to detail - ordered a canvas and had them kit it - big mistake. They didn't follow my request (asked them not a send a specific color as I was going to personalize it and didn't need the red), didn't send same dye lots and then refuses to take returns, even though it was their error. Also, needed 4 of a specific hue and only sent 3. Mediocre service. Tried calling to no avail. Not getting a second chance or any more of my business.
