Very sloppy job. They left hand print stains and splatter and dents on freshly painted walls. Even the ceiling had a splatter from the floors!! Happy to provide photos if interested!
Would highly recommend Lucy's flooring. They did an amazing job and had very competitive prices.
NIGHTMARE. They did an awful job, left certain areas unstained, got stain all over things they shouldn't have, ruined my bedding, put a hole in the wall, and although I paid them for moving furniture in and out, they came back, brought a few chairs upstairs and left everything else in my garage, walking out without a word. I'll have to hire painters to repair what they got stain on and movers to get my furniture back where it belongs, not to mention having nowhere to sit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Lucy’s did a wonderful job on my floor. I received 3 quotes on my home. Lucy’s was the lowest. There is always the worry that you will get what you pay for. This was not the case as the floors turned out great. Good communication by Sarah about the progress of the project. The only caveat was that I work remotely and had the flexibility about letting the crew in. Highly recommended.
We wanted to re-finish the floors throughout our home, and change them to a darker color. I got estimates from Lucy’s and from two other hardwood floor companies. Lucy’s price was the lowest. I really liked the woman who came out to give the estimate, but I was nervous that low price would mean low quality. I decided to take the chance after checking reviews, and I’m so glad that I did. They did a wonderful job, and they were very pleasant and professional to work with. We had two minor problems at the end, and they came out immediately to correct them. I would definitely recommend Lucy’s Hardwood Floors!
