Adam helped me. He was kind, professional and helpful in helping me choose a new mattress and adjustable base and a memory foam pillow. I haven't been sleeping well in weeks. They're being delivered on Sunday and I'm hoping to finally wake not not in pain or in a zombie like state. Thank you Adam!
I must say the salesman Adam & Mike were awesome on the Main St Bpt store. They made it very easy & satisfying to get what I needed on a budget! Very friendly & welcoming! I would recommend the Main Street store to anyone!!!
Deontae was amazing! He was very attentive and listened to exactly what we wanted. He gave us all our options and was very patient with us. He gave us a great deal on our new mattress and were out in 30 minutes!! Without a doubt it was one of the best experiences I’ve had shopping.
We visited the Bridgeport store a bit late on a Friday night without any idea where to begin in our search for a new mattress. My wife and I threw at least 20 questions at Spencer, the sales associate who helped us, and by the end of our nearly two hour visit we felt like we had taken an introductory course in mattresses. Spencer was so knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress to fit our needs and budget. I would highly recommend this store.
Mike Fultz was our salesman. He was professional and courteous, and went the extra mile to make sure the queen size mattress I purchased for my new apartment was the best price and quality for my budget as a college student moving into my own place for the first time. I would recommend going to Mattress Firm because of Mike's helpfulness.
