Love the variety of bagles and cream cheese spreads. I also love that the garlic bagels have nice size pieces of garlic and not powdered garlic.
Staff is always friendly and the store is well organized to keep social distancing between everyone.
I come here every time I'm in the area, very cheap and also very high quality stuff! I especially love the sandwiches, definitely a spot to check out!
NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. AWFUL TO DEAL WITH TOO! CANT ADMIT WHEN THEY ARE WRONG ABOUT SOMETHING JUST PRETENDED LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED! VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO SAY THE LEAST!
Horrible customer service. Most of the workers have attitudes when you go (not the taller young female she’s typically very polite)and this day was no different. I asked the young man who worked on 8/5/20 around 1:30pm names starts with J... ends with a Y to put on a new pair of gloves after handling the register. I totally appreciated him coming down to help but he didn’t immediately change his gloves and was leaning on the work station where they prepared food. He’s demeanor completely changed and he aggressively buttered my bagel and slammed the butter knife down...He gave me this attitude like I was in the wrong to tell him to change his glove. I was still polite after he rang me out and said thank you and of course he just turned and walked away. Some of them could use some customer service training.
