Don't trust posted hours. If you say you're open until 6pm, me the customer assumes you operate by those posted hours. I assume that stopping by 8 mins to closing, you'll be open. But the door was locked. If you want to close at 545, change your hours so that I don't waste my time attempting to buy a coffee.
It's a 50/50, they do get busy, better off ordering in person, when I do mobile orders they tend to either miss something or it takes a while.
Mobile orders are consistently missing part of my order. Usually I overlook it and they make it right. They lost my business when half of my order was missing again and it was apparently out of stock. This was never communicated to me. A refund was not offered. I had to request a refund which wound up not even happening because I didn’t have the time to deal with the incompetent management. Every time you lose a customer it’s bad news. I was a consistent customer that spent more than most, but not any more due to this poor service.
Went in to get coffee 8/9 am and the owner or manager doesn't feel the need to wear a mask. Wearing a mask around your chin doesn't count. The rest of the crew all had masks on. My family will no longer go there because last week he didn't have one on either. The safety of his staff doesn't matter to him.
This is a busy spot so I feel like they need more employees. It always takes forever and they always mess up the orders because they seem very overwhelmed.
