Website says to call with questions, but phones are designed to play recordings only; they are not accepting incoming calls, nor are they returning calls. If you have questions, you must go on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and wait in line for hours before being able to ask simple questions.nnI waited over 4 hours before leaving empty-handed because they claimed they didn't have all the paperwork required to let me pay them money for registration. Now I must return to wait in line again, but they claim you must be AT the counter before 3pm. If I get there at noon and wait in line for 3 hours, are they going to kick me out empty-handed again? Probably...

They don’t answer the phone and when you get there to do a new title registration it’s on a different day thanks coulda been avoided if you answered your phone then I’m the only person in line and they still gotta wait to register my car on registration day like seriously it’s just me in line no one else n before I got there every single employee there huddled gossiping but heaven for bid they do any work there it takes five minutes to get a car plates n registered geez guess come back n try again totally not a fan of this new better system to me it’s better for them so they don’t gotta work lazy man pure lazy

Why is the web link attached to Arizona DOT? The answering machine says you get a quicker response if you ask online...... I think not my friend lol

The service was terrible! The system is broke, and could be better if they would take the time to add partitions to serve more than 2 people at a time, and very slowly at that! They could at least be friendly and attempt to apologize for the 2 hour wait! Plain Rude!

The folks are really good. They handle everyone's issues and attitudes great.
