Website is broken and I’ve been on the phone for over 30 minutes. Their phone message says anytime is good time to get an ID but clearly not when they can’t answer the phone and the website doesn’t work. I’m going to go elsewhere

Very good experience. We did not have an appointment and did not have a terribly long wait. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The lady who works there is super rude and just flat out mean for no reason. I’m definitely going to Missoula or Kalispell

Sandy and Jim are both so nice!!!! It was very busy today, but they made sure our experience went smooth. My husband was transferring his license from Washington State to Montana and upgrading to the enhanced license, and it went very fast. Jim and Sandy both were very helpful and friendly. In all the years I have been driving, I have never had such a great experience at a DMV.
