I bought a 10k gold chain yesterday and it made me break out. I was a little worried to go back the next day because the receipt said no exchanges but they were kind enough to do so, granted I had to put down extra money because I asked for 14k gold. It's a beautiful chain, and I really appreciate them allowing me to do that. I will be going back, thank you!
Extremely racist and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Bring your chain to this place to fix and they will damage it more than it was when you brought it in and then yell at you and scream racist remarks in their language when you're not happy with the results. I will never go here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either unless you like to be verbally assaulted and screamed at with racist remarks.
Very nice servivice and good quality of jewelry
Got my grill there. Broke 4 times.
I bought a 2 name plate there to be fixed. I pick it up went to put it, it broke in the same place. Within 20mins of leaving. I brought it back they were going to charge me another 10$ to fix it. Thankfully they didn't. About 2 hours later it breaks again in a different place and the same place. A little fed up with this place.
