We went to Carpet & Tile by the Mile for our downstairs flooring in 2015 and went back this past Spring for tile for our kitchen. Denise was so helpful in both instances helping us figure out what would work best for our space. Of course our 2020 experience was a bit different- we were able to get in touch with Denise to make an appointment and safely view tile options. Flooring arrived quickly, and the customer service and attention to detail is something you can't get at HD or Lowe's. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend!
I highly recommend this business! The owners and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, they provide excellent customer service that you don't get from the big box stores.
I would highly recommend Carpet by the mile. Denise was very knowledgeable and made the process of buying a carpet very easy. If you are looking for installing carpet in your home I would definitely check them out!
I bought some wall and floor tile from Carpet & Tile by the Mile. My salesperson Denise was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. It was like having my own personal interior designer. I would highly recommend shopping here!!!
