My review is for Greg(Electrical section), he was extremely helpful. I have very little to no knowledge of electrical systems. He went out of his way to help me with my project. I like to thank him and let home depot know that You have a gem of a employee on your team.

I love home depot because they have everything I need for my home and if you don't get it in store you can get it on line. I have there card and even though there interest is high, I love to use there card, I have unlimited amount of money to buy a stove and I can't believe I got through with the stove, meaning I maxed there money out and I still got through. I also love there drive up service, meaning whatever you order you can sit in your car and get it in front of the store, so you don't have to go in the store you can call the store before you arrive. There price is not bad, you also find a lot of workers there so when you want to find something it is so easy. A lot more to say but that's all for now. I hope you make home depot your place to get your flowers, refrigerators, stoves, toilets etc.

The customer service at this store is very poor.nI ordered and paid for material to build a deck and they were supposed to pick the order for me. It took them 5 days and I only received 35% of my order.nI was doing this job for a customer and was only able to start after I made the purchases again and they wouldn’t credit my order. After 11 days some material still was not in the store. I had to drive to east haven to purchase the material again and the cost was more than what I already paid for.nThey would not release the material I paid for with my order receipt in hand. And I consequently paid $130.00 more for the wood.nnI was promised a phone with the status of my order approximately 5 times and never received a call.nnThis store treats the people in Bridgeport poorly and we all need to post good and bad service.nI’ve been a resident of Bridgeport for almost 30 years and I’ve been coming to this Home Depot since it opened over 25 years ago.nnI will be sure to give a rating for every visits to this store.nnVery very poor customer servicennI could go on and on but I’m not sure a message this long will be read throughoutnnSincerely,nnExtremely upset with this service something needs to be done
